Derny Sport UK is a cycle coach company run by Paul Spender, Qualified Coach registered with the Association of British Cycling Coaches (ABCC).
Derny training is not just used for the specialist, purist Derny Rider, Stayer, Keirin Rider or 6-Day Rider. It can be incorporated into any riders training program whether you race on the road, in time trials or track.
